Shipping + Returns
 

Badger grips are made to order and ship within 21 days after receipt of order.  A shipping notification will be sent along with a tracking number once order ships.

All Standard Shipping orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage Service and arrive 3-6 days after being Shipped. The Expedited Processing option moves your grip to the front of the line (2-4 day processing guaranteed) and USPS Priority Express is also available, which is an overnight service to most locations.

If you are unhappy with your grip, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund minus a 10% restocking fee (additional shipping charges may be applicable if a return label is requested).  If your grip has a defect or malfunctions within one year of purchase, you can return the grip for a full refund or replacement Grip.

Grips with Customizations and/or Modifications, as well as Badger Bargain grips may not be eligible for a refund. Expedited processing/shipping fees are not refundable. Contact us at orders@badgercustomgrips.com for returns.

International Shipping: Badger Custom Grips does not collect VAT taxes at checkout. Some countries require VAT be paid prior to delivery of the package. If an international order is not picked up due to failure of receiver to pay VAT, the item will be returned to Badger. At that point, Badger will issue a refund (restocking fees apply and shipping charges are not refundable). Please familiarize yourself with your country’s VAT procedures prior to the arrival of your order.
